Shipping & Returns



Returns/Exchanges of unwanted merchandise require a Return Authorization, within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Associated promotional/free items must be included. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, refunds will be issued within (5) five business days.

All returns/exchanges must have filled out an RMA request form located below, prior to shipping item back to be eligible to receive a refund.

Non-Returnable Policy: All sales on acrylic, gels, nippers, nail brushes, pushers, tattoo, anklets, toe rings, body jewelry and skin care are final. These items are not returnable due to sanitization and hygienic purposes. Books, DVD's, CD's, videos and airbrush equipment are not returnable unless items are unused and packaged in original shrinkwrap. Special orders are not returnable. We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on Electronic items that have been opened and/or partially used.

*Shipping, insurance, additional fees and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders cannot be returned. Salon equipment/furniture is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, Mis-Shipped will replace/refund any item(s) that are damaged in transit, defective upon receipt or mis-shipped. Carefully examine your order and report any issues within (7) seven days of receipt. Please report freight damage within 48 hours.

Returns After 30 days
Items returned after 30 days are not allowed. For defective merchandise, a Manufacturer’s Warranty may apply. Sales Tax

Items shipped to the State of California are subject to a 8.75 percent (8.75%) sales tax. Please consult with your tax adviser for your state with respect to any other taxes that may be applicable with your purchase.

Only California customers are charged sales tax. If you would like to claim California Sales Tax Exemption, we need to have a California Tax Exempt Certificate on file for you. Please call 800.344.9806 to receive a certificate

Our website is open to accept your orders and we are taking all the necessary actions to ensure the healthy & safety of our customers and staff. Due to a higher volume of orders and a smaller team, orders may take up to 1 additional days to process.  

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business day (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number 1 business day after your package is shipped out! We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The $99.95 order total is after coupons and before taxes. (Orders shipping to Canada, and any other non-continental US & military addresses are not eligible for this promotion.) Cannot be combined with some coupons and offers. FREE shipping is not available in P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.

Does Ship Internationally?

We are excited to announce that we are now shipping to selected countries! We’d like to thank our customers for their patience and look forward to getting beautiful with you! Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected.

Import duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

How long will I have to wait for my goodies?

Transit times are typically:

• 2 to 7 business days within the continental US
• Up to 15 days for APO, FPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories.
• 4 to 22 days for international delivery addresses; this varies greatly depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
