Placing Your First Order

Placing an order with is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (We also accept orders by phone, or e-mail.)

Finding Items

First you will need to browse or search  for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left side navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from, click the "BUY" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart  at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.  When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.

Signing In

Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Sign in" button. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.)

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address your package can be shipped via the USPS priority mail service. If you live within the continental U.S. your order can be shipped via UPS ground. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

Provide a Password and Method of Payment

Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure you write your password down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an order.

 Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, or a money order, or cashier's check denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Sales Tax

In states where has presence, applicable sales taxes will be charged unless a current exemption letter is on file.  Tax exempt status applies only to retail products. Sales Tax Resale Certificate must be on file to waive sales tax on retail items. Please add applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered within California.

Credit Card Charged

Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.

Minimum Order Size of $25.00 for US Customers
The process of merchandise is quite complex and tedious. There are many people involved in making sure your order is customized to your specifications and delivered to you on time, error free.
We take great pride in the products and the service we offer but unfortunately we have determined that there is a minimum order size that we can process given the service level we have chosen to provide our customers.
Minimum per order is $25.00. This minimum excludes shipping and handling charges and taxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but order process is costly and complex work. We suggest increasing the number of goods ordered for your use at other times.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the Your Account  link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
