SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND THE SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.

In order to serve you more effectively, please follow these steps before calling:

1. Read your product manual. Double-check the "troubleshooting" section (if any) for the problem or question you have.

2. Have your Account Number ready. You can locate your Account Number on your packing slip.

Some items such as Airbrush Compressor, Electric Nail Files, Facial Equipment, Electronic items are under warranty from manufacturers. Due to manufacturer policies, we cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns or exchanges of the product. These products are clearly NOTE in the item descriptions.
The manufacturer deal directly with issues regarding their products and will repair or replace these products in accordance with their own policies.
If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, please contact manufacturer directly.
