Delivery Information
For your convenience, beautywest.com offersFree Deliveryfor all orders placed by 3:00 p.m. with a purchase of$100.00 or more within 48 US States. Free shipping applies within USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO, FPO, and all other countries . Some items may have special delivery options associated with them. Please note the following while shopping:

UPS Ground & FedEx Ground = From 1 to 5 business days delivery for items in stock and ordered by 3:00 pm.  SeeShipping Mapfor delivery times based on geographic location
Special Delivery = From 2 to 4 weeks delivery for some furniture and special order items.

Please note that there is a delivery charge for all orders below $100.00. Deliveries will be made between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.   beautywest.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Box.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and U.S. possessions Ordering Policies:
Orders will be processed and you will be notified of total charges +/- 20% of actual freight. You will also be notified of available shipping options and charges, all of which must be approved by the customer within 5 business days. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail is used for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses, and U.S. possessions. Please allow up to 15 days for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO and FPO addresses. we can NOT ship orders containing flammable products or aerosols via U.S.P.S.
Due to the nature of the type of products we ship, we must insure all packages. We will replace all items that come damaged immediately and at no cost. We may ask for an inspection on damaged orders over $100.00

International Ordering Policies:
Please allow up to 15 days for orders sent to international addresses. Orders will be processed and you will be notified of total charges +/- 20% of actual freight. You will also be notified of available shipping options and charges, all of which must be approved by the customer within 5 business days. Some products may not be exported outside of the United States. Once an order has been approved, further changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders.

All orders are shipped via US Mail Global Express. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Restrictions: The following brands: EzFlow, IBD, Creative Nail Design, ESN can NOT be shipped to almost all destinations outside the U.S.

Product Availability & Backorder
Backorder items will be held for seven business days. If after seven days we are unable to complete the order, you will be notified that we are canceling those items.
In some instances, products listed in the beautywest.com catalog may be temporarily out of stock.
Your order will be shipped immediately and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Pricing Policy
Because of the efficiency of Internet ordering, buynails.com pricing is exclusive to purchases made at buynails.com and is not valid with phone or fax orders.

Order Confirmation

beautywest.com believes that communication is vital to good relations.
After completing your order, we will send you an E-mail verifying your order was received and is being processed.
We also keep you informed of all action being taken on your account (orders, refunds, tracking, follow-up, etc.) through your E-mail address. Please be sure to check your E-mail regularly.
If an action requires immediate contact with a customer or if E-mail contact is unsuccessful, a beautywest.com representative will call the telephone number given at the time of registration.

Damaged Merchandises
If you received damaged merchandises delivered by UPS or FedEx Ground, call UPS at (800) 742-5877 or FedEx Ground at (800) 786-4621 and request a damaged report. We will replace the merchandise as soon as we receive a verification-damaged report from the carriers.

Product Warranty
Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the Buyer. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND THE SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.
