The Facial Starter Set is ideal for therapists who wish to introduce cold stone therapy to their facial treatments. The Crescent Eye, Small Cheek, and Small Face stones can be used as placement stones to help reduce puffiness and swelling around the eyes and cheeks and to relieve sinus pressure as well. They can also be used as working stones. The Small Face stones are ideal for massaging the face, ears and neck. They can also be used around the eyes and lips using gentle effleurage strokes. The Neck/Pillow stone is a placement stone for under the neck and should be placed under a towel or pillowcase so as not to burn the client. This stone is used when a client gets overheated and can also be used on a client that has a headache.
